I am going to start off with a summary of my last two experiences with Quackt Glass: This company is absolutely amazing! Read on if you want but this is a local, world class customer service organization that really gets it when it comes to understanding the needs of a customer and how to best satisfy these needs. As a small business owner myself, I am trying to understand why my experience with so many other businesses has been so lousy during this same timeframe. Excuses of covid, labor issues and supply issues do not cut it when compared to Quackt Glass. First and foremost, Summer (first cracked windshield in May 2022) and then Cathy (second cracked windshield-2 months later) in customer service act like this is their company - I would hire either in a heartbeat. And then there is Bella, the Technician who actually installed/calibrated my new glass both times, same car. Wow! She was at my car dealership waiting (very kindly as I was a little late) for me the first time and then again at the Quackt Glass office in Ft Mill. If you are the owner reading this review, you should be very proud of the business you and your associates have built, please continue to take extra care of these amazing people as you obviously have been. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Rusty and Chas were absolutely stellar! I started my day with a rock in my windshield - great. Everything was taken care of in my lunch hour and they even brought me BACK to work since they needed to get a seal for around the windshield. It was going to make me late getting back to work....so not only did Chas bring me back to work.....they even brought my car back to me so that I didn't have to find a ride back over there to pick it up. I HIGHLY recommend this company - speak with Rusty or Chas!!! :)

Quick, friendly, and professional. I am very happy with their service! I called around to several shops in the Columbia area. Price was an objective, but also finding a shop that would do the work properly. They quoted me a fair price to replace my windshield and were professional/knowledgeable over the phone. They came to my home and completed the job in my driveway. The installer did a great job and I couldn't be happier.
